Our Approach

Our facilitation process is time-tested across industries, from higher ed to fintech to nonprofit, and across every level of an organization, from the C-suite to cross-functional working teams. We treat the room itself as the deliverable engine: alignment feeds vision, vision feeds strategy, strategy feeds structure, each session building directly on the last.

1. Establish Common Ground

2. Create The Plan

3. Give it Shape

The Output

You don’t walk away with a deck full of hunches. Every engagement produces artifacts built on real behavior, not assumptions: audience and persona profiles, journey maps that show where to focus first, validated concepts, and an information architecture people can actually navigate. It’s evidence confident enough to build on, and a foundation your team can keep returning to.

The Impact

The real measure of a workshop isn’t what happens in the room, it’s what happens after. Teams that were talking past each other start moving in the same direction, and the plans that come out of it hold up under real-world pressure. Across the clients we’ve facilitated for, that shows up in the numbers as much as in the momentum.

ZeroDegrees created space for an important dialogue.

What stood out most about working with ZD was their ability to bring together diverse perspectives and create meaningful alignment around complex challenges. Their workshop design and facilitation helped us challenge assumptions, align around opportunities, and provide strategic input into future planning.
